TableTaps is a software platform for restaurants (QR menu ordering, POS tools, online ordering, and website pages). Restaurants fulfill orders; TableTaps provides the technology.

We collect information to operate the TableTaps platform for restaurants and to support customers using restaurant ordering pages. The exact data collected depends on what you do on the platform.
Personal Information
- ✓Name (when provided by the restaurant owner or customer).
- ✓Phone number (for vendor login and for customers placing orders or writing reviews).
- ✓Email (if provided, including restaurant owner email for notifications).
- ✓Restaurant owner details (such as owner name and business contact information).
Business Information
- ✓Restaurant name and address/location details.
- ✓Menu data (categories, items, pricing, availability, images).
- ✓Order information (items, quantities, order type, table number, delivery address if applicable, timestamps, and status updates).
Customer Information
- ✓Phone numbers used while placing orders or submitting reviews.
- ✓Order history associated with a restaurant (for records, support, and dispute handling).
Payment Information
- ✓Transaction references and identifiers (such as order IDs and payment transaction IDs).
- ✓Payment gateway response data and status events (success/failure/pending) received from payment providers.
TableTaps does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank account credentials. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PhonePe) based on the restaurant’s enabled payment methods.

- ✓Process restaurant orders and route order details to the correct restaurant for fulfillment.
- ✓Provide customer support and vendor support, including dispute handling and troubleshooting.

- ✓Ensure security, prevent fraud/abuse, and protect platform integrity.

Data is stored on secure servers. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to improve safeguards.

We share data only as needed to operate the service:

- ✓Payment providers: transaction-related data required to process payments (for example, PhonePe).
