Terms of Service
By using TableTaps pages, you agree to these terms. Restaurants and customers should read the sections relevant to them.
Platform role
TableTaps provides ordering pages and tools. Restaurants are responsible for their menu, pricing, preparation, and fulfillment.
1. Services Offered
TableTaps is a technology platform for restaurants. We provide software infrastructure, not food preparation or delivery services.

Orders
Customers should review items, quantities, and order type before placing an order. Restaurants may confirm or reject orders based on availability.
Payments
Online payments may be processed by a payment provider. Cash orders are handled directly at the restaurant.
Reviews
Reviews should be genuine and respectful. Abuse, spam, and manipulation may be removed.
2. Terms of Payment
- ✓Restaurants subscribe to TableTaps plans on a monthly or yearly basis (as displayed at purchase time).
- ✓Subscription payments may be processed through PhonePe or other supported payment gateways.
- ✓If a subscription expires or fails, access to some or all platform features may be limited until renewal.
Customer food orders are payments to the restaurant. TableTaps facilitates the software flow; restaurants are responsible for fulfillment.
3. User Responsibilities
Restaurants
- ✓Provide accurate business information and maintain updated contact details.
- ✓Ensure menu details, pricing, and availability are correct.
- ✓Fulfill orders placed through the system and handle customer support for fulfillment issues.
- ✓Comply with applicable food safety and local laws.
Customers
- ✓Provide accurate order details (items, quantity, order type, table number or delivery address where applicable).
- ✓Use the platform responsibly and do not place fraudulent or abusive orders.
4. Intellectual Property
TableTaps software, website design components, trademarks, and branding belong to TableTaps and its licensors. Restaurants retain ownership of their business information, menu content, and related assets they provide, subject to our right to host and display that content for operating the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
TableTaps provides the ordering system and software tools. TableTaps is not responsible for food quality, restaurant service, preparation time, delivery delays, or disputes between restaurants and customers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableTaps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or non-payment of subscription fees. We may also take action to protect platform security and other users.
Acceptable use
- ✓No attempts to disrupt or overload the service.
- ✓No scraping or automated abuse without permission.
- ✓No fraudulent orders or payment misuse.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to the platform will be handled under applicable Indian laws and resolved through appropriate legal processes.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
